justInCaseTechnologies Unveils New Mission and Values Redefining Insurance Through Technology: Deepening the Vision of "Mutual Support" Through Customer-Centric Digital Transformation

justInCaseTechnologies, Inc. is pleased to announce a renewal of its corporate Mission and Values to align with the company’s ongoing growth. Our new mission is: "Evolving customer-centric operations through technology." Insurance has historically been a product characterized by information asymmetry, where customers face challenges regarding necessity, complex comparisons, and premium transparency. We aim to solve these structural issues using technology. By prioritizing customer interests, we strive to build a society where the peace of mind of the joy of helping and being helped is accessible to everyone.
Through this update, we will further accelerate our progress toward our founding vision: "The Joy of Helping and Being Helped, Shared by All."

At justInCaseTechnologies, we define our management philosophy and purpose through a framework of Vision, Mission, and Values (VMV).
To better align with a changing market and to fuel our next phase of growth, we have refreshed our Mission and Values.
We remain fully committed to our founding vision: "The Joy of Helping and Being Helped, Shared by All." As our North Star, this vision guides us as our entire team embodies our new mission and values in their daily work, solidifying our path toward achieving our long-term goals."
